We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with strong expertise in Yardi Voyager and bank reconciliations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining accurate financial records within a property management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily and monthly bookkeeping activities using Yardi Voyager.
- Complete bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger accounts.
- Process and record financial transactions, journal entries, and adjustments.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain organized documentation and accounting records.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper.
- Hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager (required).
- Strong experience performing bank reconciliations.
- Knowledge of property management accounting is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
