This role involves assisting with patient and staff scheduling, handling paperwork, supporting credentialing processes, and coordinating clinical workflows. The ideal candidate should be organized, tech-savvy, and familiar with healthcare compliance standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling patients and staff for multiple locations
- Manage and organize administrative paperwork and documentation
- Support provider credentialing and clinical coordination tasks
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and office procedures
- Assist with workflow processes, forms, and compliance tracking
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR)
- Experience in healthcare administrative or medical assistant roles preferred
- Basic knowledge of HIPAA and electronic medical records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with eClinicalWorks is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and multitasking abilities
