We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Woodworking Technician with specialized expertise in Mozaic software and proven experience in Millwork. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, operating, and maintaining CNC woodworking machinery to produce precision components and custom designs for cabinetry, furniture, and architectural millwork projects. You will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and production teams to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program and operate CNC woodworking machines using Mozaic software.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to create accurate machining instructions.
  • Execute Millwork projects, including cabinetry, panels, moldings, and custom wood components.
  • Set up, calibrate, and maintain CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor production runs, troubleshoot issues, and make adjustments to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize workflows and improve production efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on CNC machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
  • Document production processes and maintain accurate records of materials and outputs.

Education & Experience

  • Technical diploma or certification in Woodworking Technology, CNC Machining, or related field.
  • Minimum 2โ€“3 years of experience in CNC woodworking, with proven expertise in Mozaic software.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience in Millwork fabrication and production.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Mozaic software for CNC programming and optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Millwork processes, woodworking materials, and machining techniques.
  • Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and ability to read technical drawings.
  • Experience with machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of safety protocols and preventive maintenance practices.
