Job Responsibilities:
- Traffic Conversion and Fulfillment: Collaborate with Performance Ads channels to be responsible for optimizing the entire process from traffic acquisition to user conversion. This includes building the user's financial life journey, planning high-conversion landing pages, distilling the core selling points of products and writing marketing copy, and continuously improving Operational Efficiency through data monitoring.
- Conversion Path Optimization: Design and implement A/B testing, continuously optimize conversion paths for different channels and audiences, accurately identify efficiency bottlenecks and growth opportunities, and effectively improve the overall conversion rate.ย
- Data Analysis and Strategy Iteration: Monitor user growth data across various channels, conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior, keenly identify business risks and growth opportunities, and provide data support for the optimization and efficiency improvement of customer acquisition strategies.
- Content-driven Growth: Track global investment market dynamics and uncover potential customer acquisition opportunities. Collaborate with the financial content team to promote user conversion and value enhancement through precise content operations and user outreach.
Job Requirements:
- More than 3 years of experience in user operations or growth-related fields, with strong data sensitivity and analytical skills, and adept at optimizing conversion funnels through data analysis of user behavior.ย
- Proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, can use it as a working language, and is able to independently refine selling points of English products and write copy.
- Those with a strong interest in the financial industry and maintaining market sensitivity; those with investment experience in US stocks, Hong Kong stocks, or digital currencies, etc., are preferred.
- Excellent XFN communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, and stress tolerance, with good resource-driven capabilities.
5. Familiarity with the logic of Performance Ads placement in overseas markets, and those with relevant work experience will be given priority consideration
