Senior Test Automation Specialist

At Quento Technologies S.A. we empower our people to innovate and lead in delivering transformative ICT solutions to our clients worldwide. Quento Technologies S.A. seeks a highly motivated and experienced Senior Test Automation Specialist to join our team.

The role will bear the following responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, and API testing tools;
• Execute functional, regression, and performance tests (JMeter);
• Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA;
• Integrate and monitor automated tests within CI/CD pipelines;
• Collaborate with developers and product teams in Agile environments;
• Analyze test results and ensure software quality before releases;
• Maintain QA documentation and test reports;
• Support and improve QA processes and automation frameworks;
• Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• Bachelor Degree in IT or relate field with a minimum 5 years of experience in the field;
• Experience in Selenium, Cypress, Postman, Newman or any other automation tool;
• Experience in load and stress test tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadUI etc.;
• Coding skills and experience in Javascript and Java;
• Experience with JIRA/Bitbucket/Confluence/Bamboo and GitLab is desirable;
• Working experience with Agile methodology is desirable;
• Industry certifications such as (ISTQB Certified Tester, Certified Test Automation Engineer, ISTQB Agile Tester, etc.) are highly desirable;
• High level of accuracy and good attention to detail;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with an out of the box thinking;
• Effective organizational, prioritization and planning skills;
• Ability to deliver results within strict timeframes;
• Team spirit, creating value to the team and supporting in reaching objectives;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills both in Greek and English;
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience working in an agile development environment;
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to different stakeholders.
