Senior Pre-Sales Consultant

Our advanced software leverages analytics, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies to support every stage of the credit and lending lifecycle, remaining at the forefront of fintech innovation. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pre-Sales Consultant with a strong financial or banking background to join our Sales Consulting team and play a key role in converting prospects into long-term clients.

In this role, you will work in a highly international environment alongside the Business Development team, taking ownership of the sales opportunities from a product, solution-fit, and client-value perspective.

You will be responsible for supporting and driving the sales process by:

• Designing and delivering product demonstrations and solution presentations to stakeholders at all levels, including C-level executives;
• Preparing high-quality proposals and commercial quotations, and leading responses to RFIs and RFPs;
• Applying deep technical and business expertise to identify customer requirements and align them with optimal solution designs;
• Leading business and technical client workshops;
• Acting as a key liaison between customers and product teams, effectively translating client needs into product and solution enhancement opportunities;
• Attending conferences, events and trade shows as required to support sales and marketing efforts;
• Ensuring all activities are performed in full compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

• BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance/Banking or Business Management;
• At least 5 years of experience in pre-sales and/or application consulting within Software, Banking & Finance, Business Advisory, or a major consulting firm;
• Strong business knowledge of the financial industry, preferably Banking, Loan Administration, and/or Debt Management processes would be an asset;
• Experience with Core Banking and/or Debt Management software; familiarity with the QUALCO Collections & Recoveries platform is considered a strong plus;
• Knowledge of Computer Technology, Cloud, AI, Information Security would be a plus;
• Proven track record in delivering high-impact client-facing presentations and demos, and in preparing proposals and RFI/RFP responses;
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
• Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken;
• Good knowledge of other languages (French, Italian, German, Spanish, Arabic, etc.) would be considered a plus;
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
• Experience in working in cross-functional, multinational teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and the ability to understand and communicate business value effectively;
• Ability to travel abroad.
