  • Min. 5 years of experience in B2B sales (services/software for eCommerce)
  • Experience in both inbound and outbound sales
  • Ability to provide business consulting and translate customer needs into Base solutions
  • Knowledge of the eCommerce market (platforms, marketplaces, processes)
  • Self-reliance, goal orientation, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Very good command of the English language (min. B2)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently managing the full sales cycle (inbound and outbound, including cold calling) of the Base system to companies in the eCommerce sector
  • Acquiring and qualifying leads, analyzing customer needs, and advising on Base solutions
  • Preparing offers in cooperation with technical teams
  • Building long-term relationships with key clients, negotiating, and cross-selling
  • Co-creating the sales strategy, actively contributing to marketing activities (e.g., publications and presentations), and acquiring case studies
  • Monitoring eCommerce trends, introducing new ideas and solutions that will help develop the client portfolio and increase sales effectiveness
