Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market segments.
- Coordinate with marketing and other departments to create promotional campaigns and offers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Participate in networking and industry events to promote Rizos Resorts.
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the hospitality industry and market trends is an advantage.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
