3D Schematics Technician

Activity

-         Build 3D scenes of systems.

构建系统的3D场景图。

-         Build 2D navigation schematics.

构建2D导航视图。

-         Upload schematics on the database.

在数据库上上传原理图。

-         List quality feedbacks detected during the making of schematics.

列出原理图制作过程中检测到的质量反馈。

-         Request the correction to relevant entities/teams.

要求相关单位/团队改正。

-         Update scenes and schematics when changes are made.

当有更改时更新场景图和原理图。

KEY MEASURES & INDICATORS (main KPIs used in the role)

1.    Date accuracy ratio is more than 97%

数据正确率>97%

1. The output meets the KPI requirements of the current year (Such as the KPI requirements on Bamboo)

产量满足当年的KPI要求（如Bamboo上KPI要求）

3.    The number of 5S problems should not exceed once a month

每月5S问题不能超过1次

4.    Strictly follow the WI and safety production specification，no safety accidents

严格遵守操作流程和安全生产规范，无安全事故

5.    Attendance is in line with the company's policy requirements

考勤符合公司政策要求

6.    Good work attitude，follow the work arranged by 3D Parts alignment Team Leader，can conscientiously carry out other tasks assigned by the 3D manager and actively support other team members to complete the department work

良好的工作态度, 服从 3D负责人工作安排，能够认真执行3D经理分派的其它任务，积极支持团队其他人员完成部门工作

Professional Background

·       College degree or above in automobile or mechanical engineering，Understand the vehicle components and systems

汽车、机械相关专业专科及以上学历，了解整车零部件和系统

·       1+ years minimum experiences in Automobile industry

一年以上汽车行业工作经验

Skills & Abilities

·       Experience in teardown of parts, of systems，understand a system / assembly order to create exploded view

具有拆解汽车零部件和系统的经验，理解系统/装配指令以创建视图

·       Experience in IT tools, especially in 3D tools

具有使用IT工具的经验，尤其是3D工具

·       Good English read and written ability, speak technical English at least ，fluent English oral will be a plus

良好的英语读写能力，至少能说一些技术英语单词，流利的英语口语优先

·       Ability to work with the IBP platform，use Data Acquisition, especially for the Schematics upload from IBP，use the 3D Explorer to create 3D scene.

能够使用IBP平台，使用Data Acquisition，尤其是在IBP上上传原理图；使用3D Explorer创建3D场景视图。

·       Ability to work with Photoshop, use photoshop to apply A2Mac1 template with a script

会使用Photoshop软件，使用PS用脚本应用A2Mac1模板。

·       Orient in a 3D environment
