About the Role

As a People Development Analyst at One Park Financial, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and development of our employees. You will help design, implement, and evaluate training programs, career development initiatives, and employee engagement strategies that align with our company’s mission and values. Responsibilities

  • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with managers and employees.
  • Develop and deliver effective training and development programs that support business objectives.
  • Manage the coordination and logistics of training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and employee progress to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Support career development processes, including succession planning and talent review.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to design employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, employee progress, and feedback.
  • Stay updated on current trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training, development, or people analytics roles, preferably in fintech or related industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage employees and leadership.
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs and development initiatives.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Passion for fostering employee growth, engagement, and organizational development.

  • Experience with talent management software and people analytics platforms.
  • Certification in training and development or related field.
  • Knowledge of fintech industry trends and challenges.
