Key Responsibilities
- Support and lead initiatives related to labor relations and employee engagement.
- Act as a point of contact between management and employees to address concerns and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, union requirements, and internal policies.
- Participate in labor negotiations and assist with grievance handling.
- Analyze engagement data and recommend actions to improve workplace culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in labor relations or employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of Egyptian labor law and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage sensitive employee matters confidentially.
