Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Influencer Marketing & PR Lead to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead influencer marketing and PR strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
• Identify, manage, and grow relationships with influencers, creators, media, and PR partners.
• Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, including briefing, contracting, content alignment, execution, and performance tracking.
• Manage media relations, press releases, media kits, and PR campaigns.
• Support product launches, events, and brand activations through influencer and PR initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and risk management across all communications.
• Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, and brand sentiment, providing actionable insights.
• Manage budgets, agencies, and external partners efficiently.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, PR, or Brand Communications.
• Proven track record in managing influencer campaigns and PR initiatives.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure performance and ROI.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and media landscape.
