About this role

Reports to: Production Manager

Service manager will oversee an assigned territory of contract & company owned wean to finish sites.

Responsibilities & Duties:

ļ‚§ Train & manage farm staff to ensure proper production practices are followed.

ļ‚§ Initial inventory & assessment of newly placed pigs.

ļ‚§ Marketing ā€“ weekly projections & selection of pigs for market.

ļ‚§ Work with maintenance dept. to ensure all site maintenance is current.

ļ‚§ Ability to troubleshoot & adjust ventilation.

ļ‚§ Accessing health issues and the ability to perform on farm diagnostics.

Requirements:

ļ‚§ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

ļ‚§ Excellent organizational & time management skills.

ļ‚§ Prior swine management experience.

ļ‚§ Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
