- Drove strategic resource planning and talent development to align team capabilities with evolving business goals within the Retail Tech sector.
- Focused on bridging competency gaps to build a high-performing, future-ready engineering organization.
- Managing vendor relationships and performance management to ensure solution delivery met IT standard and SLAs.
- Managed and optimized software development and outsourcing budgets, achieving cost efficiencies to be aligned with IT finance strategy and resource optimization.
- Led and mentored the adoption of AI-SDLC to increase productivity in software development process.
- 10–15 years of total IT experience, with a strong background in Software Engineering, Solution Architecture and AI Development.
- At least 3 years of experience for people management in software/solution delivery area
- Familiar with Agile adoption in large software development team (10 - 20 squads)
- Familiar with multi modern programming skill such as Java, Golang, NodeJS and also familiar in Frontend and Backend Technology.
- Familiar with modern architecture such as Microservice, Event-driven Architecture and Enterprise Architect
- Comfortable communicating with Executive Leadership.
