About this role

We are looking for dependable and skilled Broom Roller Operators to join our team. In this role, you will operate specialized equipment to clean, prepare, and compact surfaces for paving and construction projects. This position plays a key role in ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on job sites.

Full Time/ Over Time/ Traveling /$22

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate power brooms to clean roads, parking lots, and job sites by removing debris, dust, and loose materials
  • Operate rollers to compact asphalt, soil, and gravel to meet project specifications
  • Perform pre- and post-equipment inspections to ensure safe operation
  • Maintain equipment in clean and proper working condition
  • Follow all safety procedures and job site guidelines
  • Work closely with crew members and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
  • Assist with general labor duties as needed
  • Complete required reports and documentation

1+ year : Experience operating construction equipment broom and/or roller.

Strong attention to detail and safety

Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment

Physically able to lift, bend, stand, and work long hours

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Valid and Clean driving record for the past 3 years
  • Ability to work outdoors in hot and physically demanding conditions
  • Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
  • Able to travel and work flexible hours as required
  • Must pass drug testing / BG
  • Must be able to work under the Head of AZ Trave
