ェクトマネージャー 職務内容


ェクトマネージャー として、顧客 及び Aras チームと密接に連携し、 Aras Innovator ソリューションの導入を成功に導いて頂きます。この役割では、プロジェクト全体の計画と実行を主導し、顧客の要件を超える成果を達成することが求められます。プロジェクト管理能力、リーダーシップ、大規模チームの運営スキル、組織力、そして顧客交渉力を活かして、プロジェクトの成功と顧客満足を主導頂きます。


主な職務内容


• Aras Innovator 導入プロジェクトの提案・計画・実行を主導する


• 日々のプロジェクト管理業務を遂行し、納品物が時間・コスト・品質の制約内で達成されるようにする


• 現在進行中のプロジェクトリスクを特定し、兆候の監視や対応策の実行を行う


• プロジェクト内外、及び 社内外の関係者の巻き込みや協力の調整を行う


必須条件


• ビジネス、コンピューターサイエンス／ IT、またはエンジニアリング分野の学士号または修士号（また


は同等の経験）


• 大規模な業務システム構築プロジェクト、または業務／ IT コンサルティングプロジェクトでの 5 年以上


の実績


• プロジェクトマネジメントの役割で、エンタープライズ PLM ソフトウェア導入を主導した実績


• 3 人以上のチームによる業務システム構築プロジェクトを 5 年以上管理した経験


• プロジェクト予算 及び 損益の管理経験


• 最小限の監督で業務を遂行できる能力


• 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できる能力


優遇される条件


• 自動車、航空宇宙・防衛、消費財、ハイテク電子機器、造船業界での経験


• エンジニアリング変更管理プロセス（CMII、 CMPIC）、フェーズゲート型プロジェクト管理、品質シス


テムプロセス、要件管理、 DFMEA、 PFMEA、 CAPA、製造プロセス計画、 MRO などの知識


• PMP または SAFe 認定保持者


Must have basic English language skills
