We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and knowledgeable Instructor & Coursework Creator to develop engaging learning materials and deliver high-quality instruction. This role combines curriculum design, content creation, and teaching responsibilities to ensure students receive a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

The ideal candidate has experience designing educational programs, creating instructional materials, and facilitating learning in virtual environments. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for education are essential.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Training & Development, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching, training, curriculum development, or instructional design.
• Experience creating online courses, educational content, or training programs.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS) and virtual learning platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Experience with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing self-paced e-learning courses.
• Knowledge of multimedia content creation tools.
• Familiarity with assessment design and learning analytics.
