About this role

City Wide Facility Solutions is actively seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth by delivering tailored facility solutions across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach.
  • Understand client needs and develop customized proposals that address their facility management challenges.
  • Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events and networking activities to build strong relationships and enhance brand presence.

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility solutions or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop deep client relationships and understand customer needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed to meet clients.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $60,000
  • On-target earnings: $90,000+ (uncapped commission)
