  • We offer a guaranteed $55K base salary, supported by uncapped commissions and quarterly performance bonuses, giving top performers a direct path to a six-figure income.

  • Bring 2-3 years of outside B2B sales experience to the table is preferred but is not necessary
  • Your prospecting skills should be strong, as you will be developing your territory with confidence through a minimum of three days per week spent prospecting in the field.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems is essential—let's keep track of all those amazing connections!
  • Maintains a strong social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn, to support networking and lead generation.
  • Bring your outgoing personality and a can-do attitude—let’s make challenges an opportunity for growth!
  • Be organized, adaptable, and follow a defined sales process to lead clients from prospect to close.
  • Communicating effectively is vital; you must be comfortable presenting ideas to small and large audiences alike.
  • Team collaboration is essential—coordinate seamlessly with operations and admin team.
  • Strong MS Office skills will help you shine in this role.
