The perfect candidate will have a proven track record of surpassing sales targets, handling multiple responsibilities with ease, demonstrating a strong work ethic, and being comfortable using CRM tools. Plus, you should feel confident working across different settings like industrial, medical, and retail, always focusing on air quality and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Identify and engage with potential clients, sparking new business opportunities.
  • Launch the sales process by scheduling meetings, uncovering account needs, and delivering compelling initial presentations.
  • Seal the deal by nurturing strong relationships, clearly communicating our services, addressing concerns, and closing agreements.
  • Commit at least 20 hours per week to actively prospecting fresh opportunities.
  • Utilize and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system to keep client data accurate and up to date.
  • Keep your top 100 client list in the CRM well-organized and current.
  • Promote a positive and collaborative work atmosphere through respectful communication with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
  • Support additional tasks as assigned by management, contributing to the team’s success.
  • At least 2 years of outside B2B sales experience, ideally with your most recent role involving outside sales.
  • A proven track record of success, with at least 2 full calendar years hitting 105% or more of your sales targets as reflected in scorecards or sales dashboards.
  • Excellent skills in prospecting and growing a sales territory.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, with strong attention to detail for entering and organizing sales data.
  • Having a sales training certificate like Sandler, President’s Club, or Dale Carnegie is a big plus.
  • Experience in closing short-cycle B2B sales deals.
  • A friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality.
  • A positive, can-do attitude that thrives on challenges.
  • Well-organized and able to follow a clear sales process to guide clients from prospecting all the way to closing.
  • Excellent communication skills, whether you're presenting to a group or having a one-on-one meeting.
  • Proven ability to work well with teams, coordinating with operations and marketing to deliver the best results.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools.
