As the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, we specialize in providing janitorial and more than 20 additional maintenance services for our clients. Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed.
- Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal.
- Maintain and clean common areas, such as lobbies, hallways, and waiting areas.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns.
- INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MUST PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Valid Business License
- Worker's Compensation Insurance
- General Liability Insurance
- Federal EIN #
- Other verifiable business
- 18 years of age minimum
- Favorable background investigation results
- You can not be a sole proprietor
