You will be responsible for delivering excellent service and ensuring client satisfaction in various non-janitorial maintenance areas. Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as painting, landscaping, and minor repairs
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly
  • Assist in the implementation of preventative maintenance programs
  • Collaborate with the janitorial team to ensure a seamless delivery of services
  • Provide outstanding customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their needs
  • Document all maintenance activities and keep accurate records
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
