Warehouse Worker

National Star Services, a leading facility management company with over 28 years of industry experience and we are now seeking reliable, hardworking Warehouse Helpers to support our client’s facility located in Des Plaines, IL 60018. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and track incoming shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing.
• Verify received materials against invoices, delivery orders, and company requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for inventory, equipment, and supply distribution.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to ensure adequate stock availability.
• Communicate updates regarding material availability, delivery changes, shortages, or other operational issues.
• Ensure requested items and approved substitutions are fulfilled promptly.
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
• Support daily operations to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Pay Rate:

• Regular: $17.50/hour.
• Overtime: $26.25/hour.
• (Biweekly Pay)

Work Schedule:

• Days: Monday – Sunday (2 days off during the week; weekends required)
• 5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Requirements:

• Authorized to lawfully work in the U.S.
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) required
• Steel toe shoes/boots required for safety
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred
• Ability to lift heavy as required by the role
• Availability to start working ASAP
