KRUSH Labs is seeking an Technical Project Manager to own the end-to-end complex technical project leading of a multi-rotor UAV/drone platform, spanning airborne compute, autonomy middleware, sensor suite, comms/data links, payload interfaces, and ground segment integration.

In this role, you'll drive the development and production of complex multi-function modules, leading and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Key responsibilities:

  • Management and delivery complex engineering projects and programs, blending technical leadership with structured project and program management.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic roadmap planning in alignment with company goals
  • Leading investigations to understand complex RF, Digital and Hardware research & development problems and providing innovative solutions
  • Lead and participate in rigorous design reviews, ensuring appropriate subject matter expert engagement.
  • Work with the Product Owner to define technical requirements
  • Apply strong working knowledge of adjacent disciplines -power electronics, digital electronics, mechanical engineering, and firmware/software to ensure board- and system-level success.
  • Act as a key technical resource: assess and update the company's technology road map, identify key new technical areas for the company.
  • Drive disciplined handoff from engineering to manufacturing through close collaboration with manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and production test engineering.
  • Contributing to or authoring proposals and participating in business capture efforts.
  • Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, hardware engineer, aerospace or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive hardware engineering experience, preferably in aerospace, defence, or regulated manufacturing, including 3 -5 years in leadership/management experience.
  • Strong understanding of RF components, system architectures, and signal integrity principles.
  • Technical expertise across RF, Digital, and UAV/Space applications
  • Strong leadership skills: ability to understand and collaborate effectively with technical peers, ability to direct the efforts of others, high emotional intelligence with the ability to provide both positive and corrective feedback in a constructive way.
  • Ability to balance technical rigor with execution speed in a fast-paced start up environment.
