職位概述
我們正在尋找一位具備數據思維與策略能力的數位廣告投放專員，負責規劃、執行與優化品牌廣告活動。此角色將以 Meta（Facebook / Instagram）廣告投放為核心，並搭配 Google 廣告操作，協助提升品牌曝光與轉換成效。
如果你熟悉電商或快消／美妝產業節奏，具備獨立思考能力，並能從數據中提出優化策略，這個職位將非常適合你。
您將負責的工作
- 規劃與執行 Meta（Facebook / Instagram）廣告投放策略，包含轉換型與品牌型活動
- 操作並優化 Meta Ads（主要）及 Google Ads（輔助）廣告活動
- 分析廣告數據，持續優化投放成效
- 管理廣告預算，提升投資報酬率（ROI）
- 與設計、內容、行銷團隊合作，優化廣告素材與訊息
- 追蹤市場趨勢與競品動態，提出具體優化與成長建議
- 定期產出成效報告，並提供數據導向的策略建議
- 主動提出廣告優化與成長想法，提升整體投放效益
- 30% 圖文內容創作（包含基本圖片製作與文案撰寫）
- 40% 廣告投放操作
- 30% 日常維護與營運相關工作
- 完成主管交辦之其他事項
工作條件
- 工作經驗：2-4 年以上數位廣告投放經驗
- 學歷要求：大學以上
- 語文條件：英文（讀寫中等以上）

- Meta Ads Manager（Facebook / Instagram）
- Google Ads（Search / Display / YouTube / PMax）
- GA4 / Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- Looker Studio（Data Studio）
- Google Trend
工作技能
- 善用Canva、PS 基本圖片製作與文案撰寫（核心能力）
- Meta 廣告投放與優化（核心能力）
- 廣告成效分析與數據解讀
- 數位行銷策略規劃
- 流量與轉換成效追蹤
其他條件
- 具電商、快消品（FMCG）或美妝產業經驗者佳
- 熟悉 Meta 廣告操作邏輯，能獨立規劃與優化投放策略
- Google Ads 操作經驗（加分）
- 具備良好的數據分析能力與商業敏感度
- 能主動思考並提出優化建議（有自己的想法）
- 良好的時間管理與跨部門溝通能力

- Google Ads 或 GA4 相關認證
- 有實際 ROAS / 成效優化案例經驗
