We are currently looking for a Buyer / Procurement Specialist to join our team full-time and play a key role in supporting our projects across Germany. 
In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end procurement for international projects, backed by a strong operational base in the Czech Republic. 

Your Responsibilities 

  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process for products and services, including issuing purchase orders 
  • Prepare and manage requests for quotations (RFQs), conduct price comparisons, and evaluate supplier offers 
  • Draft, review, and negotiate supplier and subcontractor agreements, including pricing and key terms, in close collaboration with Sales, Project Management, and Engineering 
  • Monitor supplier performance and delivery schedules, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution 
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and purchasing efficiency 
  • Manage contract changes, variations, and claims, ensuring commercial alignment 
  • Support billing processes, including invoice verification and cost tracking 
  • Maintain and analyze procurement and supplier data to support decision-making 
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient processes 
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement or sourcing (technical background is a strong advantage) 
  • Solid experience in contract management, negotiation, billing, and supplier communication 
  • Structured, independent, and reliable working style with strong attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Fluent German (minimum C1) and good command of English (minimum B2); any additional language is an advantage
