We are looking for a proactive and highly organized PMO Analyst to support the CDD (Change Design & Delivery) department. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with administrative responsibilities such as tracking project documentation, scheduling, and reporting, and will possess strong communication skills necessary for the role’s collaborative and cross-functional nature.

Responsibilities include establishing project governance frameworks, providing centralized support, and driving continuous program improvement. The PMO collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance

  • Establish and maintain comprehensive project governance frameworks.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes, templates, and escalation procedures.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for program workstreams.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Centralized Program Support

  • Provide tools, templates, and best practices to project workstreams.
  • Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
  • Support delivery managers in resolving issues and escalating concerns.
  • Monitor milestones and proactively identify risks and issues.

Communication & Reporting

  • Prepare and deliver status reports on risks, issues, and milestones to senior management.
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders clearly and consistently.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Interface with senior leadership to align expectations and communicate progress.
  • Address concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain stakeholder confidence.

Continuous Improvement

  • Analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Design and facilitate training to build project management capability.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of full-time experience as a Project Manager in financial services, banking, or insurance.
  • PMO Experience: Proven experience managing PMO functions in enterprise-level programs.
  • Methodologies: Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Iterative Waterfall.
  • Tools: Strong knowledge of MS Project, Jira, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
  • Skills: Ability to manage complex application projects and strong communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master).
  • Experience in large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Familiarity with banking sector compliance and regulatory frameworks.
  • Exposure to scaled agile or hybrid delivery environments.
