• Maintain strong working relationships with the building’s head of security and facilities management.

• Coordinate with local law enforcement, external partners, and government representatives when needed, especially during visits, protests, or special operations.

• Support and manage high-profile visits (e.g., executives, ambassadors, international representatives), ensuring secure arrival, routing, and departure logistics.

• Contribute to security communications, reporting, and escalation pathways for leadership.

• 4–7 years of experience managing corporate security operations in office environments.

• Advanced knowledge of access control systems, CCTV operations, lobby procedures, and visitor/contractor processes.

• Prior experience working with or supervising guard forces (indirect management).

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate incident response involving personnel, vendors, or facility issues.

• Experience supporting corporate events, executive visits, and special activities requiring elevated security.

• Ability to monitor and interpret external threat environments (protests, labor actions, socio‑political context).

• Experience conducting internal audits, risk assessments, and floor‑by‑floor security checks.

• Ability to identify operational vulnerabilities, compliance issues, or gaps in physical security infrastructure.

• Familiarity with emergency preparedness programs, evacuation drills, and crisis response protocols.

• Knowledge of maintenance and troubleshooting for security hardware (CCTV, ACS, alarms, emergency equipment).

• Strong documentation skills for incident reports, after‑action reviews, and improvement plans.

• Strong interpersonal skills to serve as a trusted advisor for executive assistants, building administration, and internal teams.

• Proven ability to work effectively with building security leadership and property management.

• Experience engaging with police, government representatives, and external security partners.

• Skills in coordinating VIP or high‑profile visits, including route planning and secure movement.
