We’re hiring a Commercial Insights Executive to join our growing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) function - a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in optimising and managing our CRM system while delivering valuable commercial insights across the business.

In this role, you’ll sit at the centre of the business, partnering with Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams in the UK and globally to maximise CRM impact, improve processes, and drive smarter decision-making.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, systems, and stakeholders - and wants to translate insights into real commercial outcomes.
What you’ll be doing
Commercial Insights
- Review opportunity pipelines to support sales conversion and new business growth
- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to identify trends and actionable insights
- Track CRM usage to maximise platform adoption and ROI
- Support the creation and tracking of marketing campaigns and new business development sprints
CRM Ownership & Governance
- Manage the day-to-day CRM environment, including user access, permissions, workflows, governance, licences, and data quality
- Act as a CRM Key User, supporting training, onboarding, and continuous improvement in ways of working
- Gather requirements, develop use cases, and support testing of new system developments and enhancements
Stakeholder Support & Collaboration
- Provide first-line CRM support, proactively troubleshooting and escalating issues where needed
- Work closely with UK Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure accurate, robust data and reporting
- Collaborate with global Sales and IT teams to share best practice and drive continuous improvement
IBP Development
- Support the IBP Controller with the implementation of new processes and ways of working
- Maintain Revenue Management tools to drive sustainable, profitable growth
- Track key company KPIs to provide visibility of business performance
What we’re looking for
Essential
- Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Desirable
- Experience with CRM systems (ideally Salesforce)
- Exposure to FMCG environments
- Experience supporting sales planning or commercial operations
