We are currently inviting Shipping Specialist to join our growing manufacturing team in our newly established facility in Vĩnh Lộc 2 Industrial Zone Park, Mỹ Yên, Tây Ninh (Formerly Bến Lức, Long An). Shuttle bus is provided from HCM to the factory.

In this role, you will:  

• Prepare tasks for the warehouse and internal logistics coordinator regarding order picking, based on approved sales orders registered in the internal LZ system.
• Ensure high-quality shipment packing in accordance with customer requirements, including correct product codes and quantities.
• Complete transportation documents such as packing lists, CMR, and AWB waybills, and upload product serial numbers and IMEI codes to the internal LZ system.
• Ensure proper handover of cargo to the transport company and submission of all required shipment documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial System Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• 2 -3 years of experience in production/demand planning.
• Comprehensive skills in demand planning and inventory management across various industries.
• Experience in using SAP/WMS/Oracle.
• Ability to use data visualization tools and a solid understanding of industry best practices in KPI management and business analysis.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel for report making.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability, and highly detail-oriented.
• Language proficiency: Vietnamese (Required); English (Proficiency in all four skills).
