Mục tiêu công việc
Chịu trách nhiệm vận hành và theo dõi hoạt động của chuyền nhằm đảm bảo đạt các mục tiêu về an toàn, chất lượng, năng suất và tiến độ sản xuất. Theo dõi hiệu suất sản xuất và hỗ trợ các hoạt động 5S, cải tiến liên tục.
Trách nhiệm chính
- Vận hành và theo dõi hoạt động sản xuất hằng ngày của chuy để đảm bảo đạt kế hoạch sản xuất.
- Theo dõi hiệu suất chuyền, tình trạng máy móc, downtime và tỷ lệ lỗi.
- Đảm bảo tuân thủ quy trình thao tác, tiêu chuẩn chất lượng và quy định về ESD/ an toàn.
- Sắp xếp nhân lực và hỗ trợ đào tạo công nhân vận hành.
- Xử lý các vấn đề phát sinh trên chuyền và báo cáo kịp thời cho cấp trên.
- Thực hiện báo cáo sản xuất hằng ngày và bàn giao ca.
- Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên.
- Kinh nghiệm & chuyên môn
- Có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất/lắp ráp linh kiện
- Ưu tiên đã từng làm tổ trưởng, line leader hoặc leader nhóm nhỏ. (trong vòng 1 năm trở lên)
- Hiểu quy trình sản xuất, chất lượng, 5S, an toàn lao động.
- Biết theo dõi sản lượng hảng giờ, downtime unplan & plan
- Có khả năng xử lý lỗi phát sinh trên line. (ví dụ: sai VT, những lỗi liên quan đến sản phẩm
- Kỹ năng quản lý
- Quản lý và phân công công việc cho công nhân.
- Theo dõi tiến độ sản xuất để đảm bảo đạt kế hoạch trong ca làm việc.
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp với QA, Engineering, Warehouse, Production…
- Kỹ năng báo cáo và escalation issue với cấp trên & những bộ phận support.
- Kỹ năng mềm
- Khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực.
- Chủ động giải quyết vấn đề liên quan đến SX (trong khu vực làm việc)
- Tác phong kỷ luật và đúng giờ.
- Yêu cầu khác
- Có thể làm ca/kíp, OT khi cần.
- Biết sử dụng Excel cơ bản và hệ thống MES/ERP là lợi thế.
- Tiếng Anh cơ bản để đọc WI/SOP hoặc email là điểm cộng.
