Le poste à pourvoir est situé au magasin GUESS du Centre Commercial de Villefontaine.

Ce poste est à pourvoir le plus rapidement possible. Nous avons besoin de recruter pour renforcer nos équipes et veiller à sa bonne organisation.

L'adjoint(e) de boutique assume la pleine responsabilité de la boutique en l’absence de son Responsable. Vous participez activement à l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux et à la rentabilité de la boutique, mais vous vous assurez également du bon fonctionnement du magasin.

  • Une bonne connaissance des indicateurs (taux de transformation, indices de vente et panier moyen) est indispensable pour postuler.
  • Le magasin étant difficile d'accès, être véhiculé est primordial.
  • Vous avez un sens développé de l'accueil et portez un intérêt particulier au service et à la satisfaction de nos clients.
  • Enfin, vous avez un profil type Manager.
