Für unser Headoffice in Düsseldorf (Medienhafen) suchen wir ab Mitte August eine:n Praktikant:in im Bereich Human Resoures (w/m/d) in Vollzeit (40 Std.).
DEINE ROLLE IM TEAM
- HR Services: z.B. Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und weiteren Unterlagen im Mitarbeiter Lifecycle; Zeugnismanagement; Pflege von monatlichen Reportings
- Rekrutierung: Ausschreibung von Stellen, Bewerbersichtung und Korrespondenz, sowie Pflege des Bewerberaccounts, ggf. Terminierung und Nachbereitung von sowie Teilnahme an Vorstellungsgesprächen
- Pflege und Administration der Personalakten, sowie Stammdatenpflege in unseren HR Systemen
- Unterstützung bei Analysen
- Umsetzung und Verantwortung eigener ( Teil-) Projekte
DEINE QUALIFIKATIONEN
- Du bist ggf. eingeschriebene:r Studierende:r (w/m/d) eines Studiengangs der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder vergleichbar
- Teamfähigkeit, sowie exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit einem hohen Maß and Sensibilität und Empathie
- Gute MS- Office Kenntnisse
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
- Lernbereitschaft, Offenheit und Flexibilität
