  • Integrate with cross-functional engineering teams to understand internal platforms and modify them to suit market test cases.
  • Design and implement custom software to interface existing hardware platforms, integrating diverse subsystems into cohesive, demo-ready applications.
  • Develop simulations that demonstrate feasibility of application concepts and contribute to technical publications and white papers
  • Maintain and improve demo codebase and hardware infrastructure.
  • Document prototypes, write test protocols, and assist in transferring successful applications to product teams.

  • Proven experience interfacing with hardware APIs and customizing embedded applications.
  • Experience designing and building demos or customer-facing prototypes with technical hardware.
  • Ability to process, visualize, and communicate technical data clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with React and web-based UI development for demos.
  • Experience with radar systems.
  • Experience with Rust and hardware description languages (e.g., Verilog, VHDL, or similar) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with simulation and modeling tools such as Simulink, MATLAB, Ansys, COMSOL, or Python-based simulation libraries.
  • Hands-on lab experience working with high precision oscillators, RF systems, and timing standards is a plus.
  • Prior experience with customer-facing technical roles or technical sales support.
  • Broad familiarity with hardware systems, including electronics, photonics, and opto-mechanical integration.
  • Comfort working in high-urgency, fast-turnaround environments focused on innovation.

WE HIGHLY VALUE:

  • Great verbal and written communication skills to effectively share information with technical and non-technical staff
