A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

1. Business Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the logistics industry to achieve revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and excellent service.

3. Solution Presentation: Present and explain our logistics solutions to potential clients, addressing their unique needs and challenges.

4. Proposal Development: Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

5. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable contracts.

6. Communication: coordinate internally with cross functional teams on the business implementation; maintain good relationships with external resources and vendors to acquire market information for better solutions and services.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above, preferably in Marketing, E-commerce, International Trade, or related fields.

2. Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales or air logistics, business development; experience in e-commerce or cargo industry is a plus.

3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.

4. Learning Ability: Strong ability to quickly grasp product and market information.

5. Teamwork: Demonstrated team spirit, capable of playing an active role within the team.

6. Language Skills: Proficiency in English speaking and listening is preferred.
