Responsibilities

• Greet customers and create a welcoming retail environment.
• Understand and promote Xfinity products and services to customers.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using retail systems.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, products, and company policies.
• Build long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve store performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse customers.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and services clearly.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to operate point-of-sale systems.
