The Job 


As a Software Developer, you’ll work closely with developers, analysts, and product owners in an agile environment to deliver customer-centric features across multiple platforms.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Participating in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
  • Developing user stories using tools and platforms such as Salesforce and .NET.
  • Applying test-driven development (TDD) to ensure quality and alignment with business needs.
  • Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders to refine and validate features.
  • Supporting technical staff with knowledge transfer for first-line support.

  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies, including AI tools and how they can be applied to software development.


Job Requirements 


  • A minimum of an Advanced Diploma in a programming-related field.
  • Experience with coding/scripting languages such as .NET, JavaScript, SQL.
  • Experience with Salesforce will be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) and their application in development workflows will be considered an asset.
