Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenständige Betreuung von Gesellschaften im Bereich Rechnungswesen und Bilanzierung
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB
- Verantwortung für steuerliche Meldungen und Abgaben
- Laufende Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Partnern
- Analyse bestehender Abläufe und aktive Mitwirkung an deren Weiterentwicklung
- Mitarbeit bei Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsinitiativen im Finanzbereich
- Unterstützung bei konzernweiten Reporting- und Finanzprojekten
Ihr Profil
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit erfolgreich abgeschlossener Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen, Accounting oder in der Bilanzierung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem größeren Unternehmen oder Konzernumfeld
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Buchhaltungs-, Bilanzierungs- und Steuerprozesse
- Hohe IT-Affinität und Interesse an der Optimierung von Abläufen
- Strukturierte, genaue und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit
- Gute Englischkenntnisse
