About this role
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Selbständige Verantwortung für die laufende Buchhaltung und Bilanzierung einzelner operativer Einheiten
- Eigenverantwortliche Erstellung, sowie teamorientierte Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach UGB
- Vorbereitung der Steuerberechnung in Abstimmung mit dem Steuerberater
- Erstellung von Umsatzsteueranmeldungen und anderen steuerlichen Meldungen
- Unterstützung bei der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen und -systemen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und dem Konzernrechnungswesen
- Optional: Unterstützung in der Personalverrechnung bei entsprechender Vorerfahrung
Ihr Profil:
- Abgeschlossene kfm. oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung (z.B. HAK) und Bilanzbuchhalterprüfung
- Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bilanzierung – vorzugsweise in einem größeren Unternehmensumfeld oder Konzern
- Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, Optimierungspotenziale in Prozessen zu erkennen und umzusetzen
- Ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit hoher System- und Automatisierungsaffinität
- Anpassungsfähigkeit an wechselnden Anforderungen und Prioritäten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
