Ihre Aufgaben
- Globale SCM-Strategie: Definition, Aufbau und Optimierung der weltweiten Supply-Chain-Struktur.
- Prozessoptimierung: Harmonisierung der Prozesse zwischen Einkauf, Produktion, Logistik und Vertrieb.
- Lieferantenmanagement: Strategische Auswahl, Auditierung und Entwicklung globaler Lieferanten.
- Risikomanagement: Absicherung der Lieferketten gegen geopolitische und wirtschaftliche Risiken.
- Digitalisierung: Einführung und Optimierung moderner SCM-Tools, ERP-Systeme und KI-Lösungen.
- Führung: Disziplinarische und fachliche Leitung der internationalen SCM-Teams.
- Bestandsmanagement: Optimierung von Working Capital und Lagerbeständen bei maximaler Liefertreue.
Ihr Profil
- Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Betriebswirtschaft (Schwerpunkt SCM/Logistik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Erfahrung: Mehrjährige fundierte SCM-Erfahrung, idealerweise im internationalen Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau.
- Führungskompetenz: Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung interkultureller, globaler Teams.
- Mittelstands-Mindset: Hands-on-Mentalität gepaart mit strategischem Weitblick.
- IT-Kenntnisse: Tiefgehendes Verständnis von ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP) und SCM-Software.
- Sprachen: Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch; weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil.
- Reisebereitschaft: Bereitschaft zu internationaler Reisetätigkeit.
