Unser Auftraggeber ist ein erfolgreiches, international tätiges Industrieunternehmen. Für den Hauptsitz im Großraum Salzburg suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit mit unternehmerischem Denken und operativer Stärke als Kaufmännischer Leiter (m/w).
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Gesamtverantwortung für Finanzen, Rechnungswesen, Controlling und Steuern
- Schrittweise Übernahme weiterer Bereiche: IT, Administration, Recht, Personal, Facility Management und Fuhrpark
- Erstellung konsolidierter Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse nach UGB (Konzern-rechnungswesen)
- Budgetierung, Liquiditätsplanung, Finanzierung
- Management-Reports
- Betreuung internationaler Tochtergesellschaften (Reisebereitschaft ca. 15 %)
- Ansprechperson für Banken, Steuerberatung, Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Optimierung von Prozessen & Organisationsstrukturen (Digitalisierung & Automatisierung)
- Verantwortung für Nachhaltigkeitsberichterstattung und Verrechnungspreisdokumentation
- Führung eines Teams von ca. 10 Personen
Ihre Qualifikation:
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (idealerweise mit Spezialisierung auf Rechnungswesen/ Controlling)
- 10 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise bei einem Industrieunternehmen (idealerweise mit Konzernstruktur)
- Von Vorteil: Berufspraxis bei einer der „Big Four“ Wirtschaftsprüfungen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Bilanzierung, Steuerrecht, Controlling, Konsolidierung
- IT- und Prozessaffinität, sehr gute ERP-Kenntnisse
- Gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Nachweisbare Erfolge in der Führung von Finanzabteilungen
- Hands-on-Mentalität, klare Kommunikation, hohe Eigeninitiative und Umsetzungskompetenz
