Unser Auftraggeber ist ein erfolgreiches, etabliertes österreichisches Unternehmen in Perg mit langfristiger Stabilität und moderner Organisationsstruktur. Zur Verstärkung des HR-Teams suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich Personalverrechnung.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der laufenden Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für rund 150 Mitarbeiter:innen
- Beratung von Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungskräften in sämtlichen abrechnungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Zeit- und Abwesenheitsverwaltung
- Durchführung sämtlicher An- und Abmeldungen sowie behördlicher Meldungen
- Erstellung monatlicher Auswertungen
- Mitwirkung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
- Verwaltung von Personalakten und Stammdaten im Abrechnungssystem
- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Bereich Personalverrechnung
Ihr Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Personalverrechnerprüfung
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Idealerweise Erfahrung im Kollektivvertrag Metallgewerbe
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie Praxis mit BMD NTCS
- Strukturierte, selbstständige und äußerst sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Diskretion
- Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit
