In dieser Schlüsselrolle gestalten Sie die technologische Ausrichtung der Gruppe, steuern standortübergreifende Entwicklungsorganisationen und stellen eine marktorientierte, industrialisierungsfähige Produktentwicklung sicher.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Entwicklungsorganisation auf Gruppenebene
- Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung mehrerer Engineering-Teams an verschiedenen Standorten
- Definition und Umsetzung der gruppenweiten Entwicklungs- und Technologiestrategie
- Steuerung des gesamten Entwicklungs- und Projektportfolios (Prioritäten, Ressourcen, Budgets)
- Verantwortung für Produktentwicklung, Konstruktion, Automatisierung, Software und Industrialisierung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf und Qualität (Design-for-Manufacturing / Cost)
- Einführung und Weiterentwicklung strukturierter Entwicklungs- und Projektprozesse
- Förderung von Innovation, Standardisierung und technologischer Differenzierung
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Automatisierung)
- Langjährige Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbau
- Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung größerer Engineering-Organisationen, idealerweise standortübergreifend
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von Mechanik, Elektrik, Steuerungstechnik und Software
- Erfahrung im Projekt- und Portfolio-Management komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte
- Strategisches Denken, hohe Umsetzungsstärke und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Internationale Erfahrung sowie Reisebereitschaft
