Unser Auftraggeber ist eine weltweit führende, erfolgreich Industriegruppe. Für den Produktionsstandort im Raum Paderborn wird derzeit ein erfahrener Leiter (m/w/d) Rechnungswesen und Controlling gesucht.
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Führen und Weiterentwickeln des effizienten Teams im Rechnungswesen und Controlling
- Aufstellen und Konsolidierung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse für die Einzelgesellschaften
- Kostenrechnung
- Controlling
- Budgetierung
- Berichtswesen
- Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Wirtschaftsprüfungen, Steuerberatungen und Banken
- Unterstützung des CFO der deutschen Gruppe in sämtlichen Angelegenheiten
Ihre Qualifikation:
- Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Rechnungslegung und Controlling in einem produzierenden Unternehmen; alternativ Wirtschaftsprüfung
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkten im Rechnungswesen/Controlling oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Solide Kenntnisse im Steuerrecht sowie von HGB und IFRS
- Erste Erfahrung in der fachlichen Leitung / disziplinarischen Führung
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
