About this role
Für eine renommierte, international tätige Industriegruppe im Raum Salzburg suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit im Bereich Personalverrechnung. Die Position ist langfristig angelegt und bietet die Möglichkeit, sowohl operativ als auch strukturell gestaltend tätig zu sein.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Fachliche Verantwortung für den Bereich Personalverrechnung und Personaladministration
- Sicherstellung einer korrekten und termingerechten Payroll für Angestellte und Arbeiter
- Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Unternehmen, externem Payroll-Dienstleister, HR und Finance
- Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung von Payroll- und HR-Prozessen
- Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu Führungskräfte sowie Mitarbeitenden, insbesondere im gewerblichen Bereich
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit HR-Leitung und Finance
Ihr Profil
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personalverrechnung
- Kenntnisse des Kollektivvertrags metalltechnische Industrie von Vorteil aber kein Muss
- Erfahrung in der Industrie oder einem vergleichbaren Produktionsumfeld
- Strukturierte, prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe Serviceorientierung
- SAP-Erfahrung von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Dienstleistern von Vorteil
