Job Summary

The OCM Lead (Organizational Change Management) will be responsible for leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for the SAP template roll-out in Egypt. This role requires a hands-on change management professional who can drive business engagement, stakeholder alignment, communications, training coordination, and user readiness to support the successful adoption of new SAP processes and ways of working.

The successful candidate will work closely with business teams, functional leads, and the central program team to ensure the organization is fully prepared for cutover, go-live, stabilization, and post-implementation adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the OCM workstream for the Egypt SAP template roll-out.
• Develop and execute the change management strategy aligned with the overall project plan.
• Assess business impacts and lead stakeholder mapping, engagement, and alignment activities.
• Drive communication planning and execution to ensure clear, consistent, and timely messaging across impacted teams.
• Coordinate training plans, training material development, and user readiness activities with functional leads.
• Support business readiness assessments and monitor adoption risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Partner with project leadership and business stakeholders to manage resistance and promote organizational engagement.
• Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and stabilization activities from a people, change, and adoption perspective.
• Track OCM risks, issues, dependencies, and progress, escalating where required.
• Provide regular reporting on change readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication effectiveness, and training status.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in Change Management (such as Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
• SAP Activate or SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM), preferably within SAP implementation or enterprise transformation programs.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading change management workstreams or teams.
• Proven experience supporting at least one full SAP implementation or global template roll-out project.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs is highly preferred.

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience leading Organizational Change Management activities in SAP implementation or SAP template roll-out programs.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, change communications, training coordination, and business readiness planning.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and developing change management strategies.
• Ability to work effectively with business users, project teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting organizational change across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and other enterprise functions.
• Experience supporting training, cutover planning, go-live, hypercare, and user adoption activities.
• Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and execution skills.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced project environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Good-to-Have Requirements

• Experience in FMCG industry environments.
• Experience in global SAP template roll-out or enterprise transformation programs.
• Familiarity with structured change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or similar).
• Experience working across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and other business functions.
• Exposure to user adoption metrics, change readiness assessments, and organizational maturity reporting.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Prosci, ADKAR, SAP Activate, or other relevant change management certifications.
