Job Summary

The Logistics Lead (SAP LE-TRA) will be responsible for leading the Logistics Execution workstream for the SAP template roll-out in Egypt, with a focus on transportation and outbound logistics processes. This role requires a hands-on functional lead with strong SAP LE-TRA expertise and a solid understanding of transport planning, shipment processing, delivery execution, and logistics coordination.

The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and the central program team to ensure alignment with the global SAP template while supporting local operational requirements, solution validation, testing, deployment, and go-live readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Logistics / LE-TRA workstream for the Egypt SAP template roll-out.
• Validate the global template against local transportation and logistics execution processes.
• Work with business stakeholders to confirm process alignment and identify local gaps or operational requirements.
• Support workshops, fit-gap discussions, solution validation, and functional reviews.
• Drive LE-TRA activities across testing, defect resolution, cutover preparation, go-live, and hypercare.
• Ensure readiness across key logistics areas including shipment planning, transportation execution, delivery coordination, freight-related process flows, and outbound logistics.
• Coordinate closely with OTC, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Data, Reporting, and Integration teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
• Support business readiness, training, and user adoption for logistics processes.
• Track risks, issues, and dependencies within the logistics workstream and escalate where required.
• Provide regular status updates on progress, key decisions, risks, and business impacts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP LE-TRA and/or SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Logistics Execution (LE-TRA).
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading SAP LE-TRA or Logistics workstreams.
• Proven experience in at least one full SAP implementation or global template roll-out project.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven hands-on SAP LE-TRA functional lead experience in implementation or SAP template roll-out programs.
• Strong knowledge of transportation, shipment processing, and outbound logistics processes within SAP.
• Strong expertise in SAP Logistics Execution (LE-TRA).
• Experience in shipment processing, transportation planning, delivery execution, freight management processes, and logistics coordination.
• Experience with SAP configuration, testing, defect analysis, and production support.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, operations teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover planning, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Ability to lead functional workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution validation sessions.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to drive execution and deliver results in a fast-paced project environment.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

• Experience in FMCG industry environments.
• Experience in global SAP template roll-out programs.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management, OTC, and Supply Chain integration points.
• Experience coordinating with Data, Reporting, and Integration teams.
• Exposure to local transportation, distribution, and logistics operations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• SAP LE-TRA or SAP S/4HANA certification.
