Onsite PM (Delivery, Data and Business hands on)

Valleysoft | Center of Excellence, based in Egypt, is a leading IT services provider delivering comprehensive technology solutions.

The Onsite Project Manager will lead and coordinate the local implementation of the Kraft Heinz global SAP template roll-out in Egypt. Based in Cairo, this role will act as the primary liaison between the global program team and local Egyptian business unit, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and smooth execution of project activities. The position requires strong FMCG experience and a solid SAP functional background to understand the criticality of master data, business processes, and system impacts. The manager will oversee onsite activities, manage stakeholders, support change management, track progress, identify risks, and ensure the deployment meets global standards while addressing local business needs.

• Drive day-to-day onsite delivery of the SAP template roll-out in Egypt
• Act as the main link between local stakeholders, global teams, and implementation partners
• Manage project activities, risks, issues, and dependencies to support timely delivery
• Take a hands-on role in data readiness, cleansing, validation, and migration tracking
• Engage stakeholders across functions to drive alignment, decisions, and execution
• Support workshops, fit-gap discussions, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Ensure compliance with global standards, governance, and project timelines
• Provide clear status updates and escalation on progress, risks, and business impacts

Key Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in SAP Basis administration or similar roles.
• Drive day-to-day onsite delivery of the SAP template roll-out in Egypt
• Act as the main link between local stakeholders, global teams, and implementation partners
• Manage project activities, risks, issues, and dependencies to support timely delivery
• Take a hands-on role in data readiness, cleansing, validation, and migration tracking
• Engage stakeholders across functions to drive alignment, decisions, and execution
• Support workshops, fit-gap discussions, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities
• Ensure compliance with global standards, governance, and project timelines

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in SAP project delivery or template roll-out programs
• Strong SAP functional background, with experience in data management activities within SAP programs
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
• Mandatory experience in the FMCG industry
• Ability to work onsite in Cairo and manage local execution effectively
• Prior exposure to cutover, go-live, and hypercare support activities

Good-to-Have Requirements

• Experience working in global template roll-out or transformation programs
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or Manufacturing
• Familiarity with change management and user adoption activities
• Experience working with external system integrators or implementation partners
