French LSA AY2026-2027

Egypt Education Platform is seeking a compassionate and dedicated French Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide vital support to students learning French, assisting teachers in delivering tailored educational support to meet individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support French language learners in the classroom by assisting with language acquisition and comprehension.
• Work collaboratively with French teachers to implement individualized learning plans and support strategies.
• Assist with classroom management to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Help prepare learning resources and materials for French lessons.
• Support students with additional needs to ensure their successful participation in language lessons.
• Encourage and motivate students to build confidence in using French.

• Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
• Experience working as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar educational support role.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support students and collaborate with teaching staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting student learning and development.
• Basic understanding of language acquisition strategies and teaching methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or language support is an advantage.
