We are hiring on behalf of our client, a high-growth, innovative financial technology organization is seeking a highly analytical and execution-driven Strategy & Operations Manager to serve as a core engine room of the business. Operating alongside the founding team and product leadership, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving, evolving, and executing the enterprise’s long-term strategic vision. This position demands exceptional speed, operational efficiency, and an uncompromising eye for detail to ensure success across the entire product ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Diagnose complex operational, technical, and regulatory challenges from first principles, framing structured solutions and driving execution through to successful completion.
  • Outsourcing & Risk Foundations: Build, implement, and own robust governance frameworks to manage inter-group outsourcing services, overseeing performance metrics, comprehensive risk assessments, and the strategic execution of third-party services.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate and streamline delivery pipelines across legal, compliance, product, and operations teams to consistently launch first-in-class products.
  • Workflow and Systems Design: Architect and deploy scalable operational controls spanning vendor due diligence pipelines, risk monitoring systems, and service performance frameworks. This includes leveraging modern technical infrastructure such as RAG pipelines, reasoning systems, and agentic automation to optimize efficiency.

Core Qualifications:

  • An academic background consisting of a degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline.
  • A demonstrated track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable governance and workflow processes across operational and product scopes.
  • Advanced analytical capabilities with a proven capacity to leverage complex data to drive decision-making and solve problems.
  • Exceptional project management, organizational capability, and the ability to ruthlessly prioritize high-impact initiatives.
  • An innate curiosity and a strong passion for continuous, self-directed professional learning.
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset focused on continuous improvement and collective accountability.
  • Must be based in France.
